75+ minutes $360.00

Psychiatric Evaluation for Court/Legal/Employment/Military issues
Prices depend on specific situation-the full evaluation includes a written psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic impression, letter if needed, and findings

Telepsychiatry
Add $20 for any above session (This is a pass-through to cover the agency  charge)

Please note: Dr Leverrier is currently unable to take any insurance plans. She will provide  you with a “super bill” which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement at their rate.
